Fresh water fishing is kick'in, but it's not to early to start thinking salt.....
Ian, Aaron and the boys have been doing great in the local ponds as those waters are heating up quickly with the unseasonably warm weather this week.
Last week, Nantucket Sound waters warmed up to 45 degrees. At that temp, hold over stripers, togs and squid can all begin slowly starting their spring time routine. At the time of this writing, the Sound is at 48.9. As many Goose customers know, at 50 degrees, things really start to happen. Stay tuned to this page later in the week so we can keep you up to date at the magic 50 degree number!
Don't forget to sign up for the annual Goose Hummock Kids fishing festival. This event has grown every year in terms of participation and excitement. This year looks to be our biggest event ever with almost 600 kids signed up already. It's the can't miss kid event of the year. We still have room, but please register on the website today if you are planning on attending.
